Date: Tuesday, November 1, 2011 Time: 10:43 AM♥ 4 dropped a line. I wasn't blogging because... Google Chrome wouldn't let me open blogger for the past few days :( Huhu. A lot of things have happened since and I can't wait to share them. First thing's first, I had a haircut. Yep, up to my chest. It's kinda weird how everyone reacted to my shorter hair. Lol. I used to have it down to my bum and no one knows how hard it was for me! I had 2 people doing my hair because it was extremely long and thick! Imagine. lol. But yeah, I'm trying to love my hair now although seeing all these braided long hair-ed girls on Tumblr makes me miss my über long hair.  Yep. Here, right after the haircut! I'd like to thank Miss Jackie & Romeo of Bench Fix for doing my hair :) But of course it looks kind of unruly now so I have to take myself to Basement (My regular salon) for maintenance. I actually found that purple phone around the house as I was looking for something in my mom's cabinet. I asked my mom if I could use it because it's purple, so yep, that's my temporary phone while my old phone serves as my Sun phone :p ***** Okay so a few days ago I had my manicure done over at Kevin's Kut at TriNoma. I was supposed to have it at Nail Spa in the block but I was kinda short in budget then because my mom would usually pay for my nails when I have it over at Nail Spa. So I tried Kevin's. Not bad at all! 120php for a manicure & regular (local) polish is alright but then they didn't have nice colors in their box of local polish so I asked for the premium polish. They have brands like Orly and China Glaze. After minutes of inspecting the bottles, I have decided on having China Glaze's Tree Hugger from their Ecollection in 2008!  Photo credit here! I was surprised to find something from the 2008 collection here but none the less, I love this color so much so it wasn't really an issue. But they should really get more colors for both local and premium polishes (That's the reason why I love going to Nail Spa, they have new and old collections for local and premium polishes but then, you have to pay the price). Ooop! Before I forget, you have to add 50php for their premium polish. Not bad! And the staff who did my nails did it carefully and the process didn't hurt at all.  The staff, massaging my tired hands. :D Hurrayyyy!! \:D/ Yep yep, I tipped her 50php because she did everything carefully and they provided me satisfactory service! 120php for the manicure + 50php for the premium polish + 50php for the tip. 220php for a manicure isn't bad at all! ***** One random afternoon, my dad texted me asking for my shoe size. I got weirded out but replied, none the less. That same day, he walked in the house with 2 boxes of shoes and I got excited. He handed both boxes to me and opened them will entire excitement. I opened one box, TADAH BLACK PUMPS! Then the other, BLACK LOAFER HEELS! I didn't want to be selfish though, so I chose one then gave the other box to my mom. Since I have black pumps already, I chose the cute loafer heels. ♥ ♥ Another surprise came, and it's a red wallet! lol My dad was in a pretty good mood for shopping, eh? Then I noticed my cute felt tag that's attached to my phone! It was made by my highschool friend, Janica and she sells them as well! Then I remembered that I promised to promote her shop. In exchange, she have to make me a Batman & Robin felt tag ♥ So here I am, promoting my friend's humble and cute online shop called Fuzzy Inc! She sells felt tags, felt monsters, felt wallets, felt necklaces and felt rings! They're so cute! Look, she made one for all of us. ♥ ♥  They're really cute, right? ;;) She also sells a lot of pretty items like these!! Date: Sunday, October 16, 2011 Time: 9:50 PM♥ 4 dropped a line. I cannot think of a title right now because I'm too bloated. Psh. I just got home from Globe and TriNoma. Apparently, my dad bought a new iPhone4 and he was really excited to buy his new case so we went to TriNoma. We heard mass then has dinner at David's Tea House. Ofcourse I was excited to view photos from last night so after entering our front door, here I am, blogging away. Hehehe. I wouldn't really elaborate much on what exactly happened last night. I would summarize it in a few words: Jose Cuervo, Dancing, Laser lights and Dougie. Lol. I actually wanted to wait for the official photos but then I got a couple of shots from my highschool friends Bernadine and Patricia so I'll post them here :) What I wore last night (Thanks for taking this B!)  (Tank from Forever21, Skirt from Topshop, Heels from The Ramp) So yeah I was part of the 18 treasures. I got my friend a cute tiny notebook and underwear from Topshop. Lol. I'm crazy like that. Since I was wearing high heels, there was a game wherein 6 girls in heels should take a shot of Jose Cuervo then walk back and forth.  LOOK AT MY FINGERS. LOL. SORRY, YES I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE THINKING :| =))  Highschool barkada! The debutant and my bestfriend isn't here. Apparently my bestfriend is stuck at home. We missed you, Sarah! ♥ Me, Patricia, Bernadine and Janica :) OMG MY TANLINE HAHAHAHA UST's fault. And the debutant! Happy 18th birthday Jazmine. Date: Saturday, October 15, 2011 Time: 1:57 PM♥ 2 dropped a line. Confessions of a Shoppaholic.  Okay so after blogging my last post, my mom called me up asking me if I wanted to grab a bite while she's doing the grocery. I hurriedly changed my clothes then met up with her. I think it was a very very very very VERY wrong decision that I brought my entire Semestral break allowance with me since I have the tendency to spend everything in one go. Upon reaching TriNoma, I hurriedly ran upstairs. After a few minutes, I found myself inside Topshop (Oh noes). I pulled out a lot of clothes off the sale rack. It was fun! I had a lot of pieces at hand and I was excited to fit everything! Apparently, only 3 pieces looked good on me. Huzzah, I lined up the cashier.. Then I found a nice nice skirt. I walked slowly to the skirt then realized that it wasn't up on sale. Doesn't matter, it was freakin' cute so I took it off the rack then lined up without fitting it. When the cashier scanned the skirt, my jaw dropped. Apparently, I wasn't able to check the price tag. I'm the worst shoppaholic on earth. I always forget to check the tags before I let the cashier scan it.. Obviously I had no choice but to pay for the skirt (and the rest of my purchases) then dashed out of the store with only 200php left on my allowance. I have no idea how I will survive with 200php but, meh. Lol. Good thing I have workshops next week! Hello, daily allowance. Hehehe. Anyway, I got my grades today as well! I'm very much contented (except for my finance grade since I really hate Math to the rut). I would like to keep my tiny celebration to myself so I would not post my grade in public. I'm so excited to show my parents the fruits of my sleepless nights, my cranky mood and my hard work. What excites me more is that my mom promised to fill my stomach with unlimited Happy Lemon drinks! ♥ Oh, mom. Lol. And I bet my parents will give me more shopping money (I seriously need help, STOP ME FROM SHOPPING PLEASE!!). HURRAY. Enough, Ica. I have to eat lunch now and take my bath. Date: Friday, October 14, 2011 Time: 10:53 AM♥ 0 dropped a line. Fridaaay!!  Good Morning!x Aaah it's friday and I'm still stuck at home. I want this week to end now, really. I have so much ahead of me next week. I hate being idle and I really need to get out of my computer chair (or my bed) Seriously! Anyway, I'm in the process of ironing my plans out for this coming week. Pretty excited that my planner is starting to be filled with interesting stuff. Mehehehe.  Being the OC person that I am, I cleaned my desktop up! Huzzah! I actually want everything to be in black and white but then I'm too lazy to download more add ons (and my desktop is about to crash!!). I actually cannot wait to get my laptop out of the hospital. Or better yet, I can't wait to get a new one.  On another note, FINAL GRADES WILL BE OUT TOMORROW! I'm so excited and scared at the same time, my goodness! This semester was a killer and I'm glad it's done. Phew. Good grades, please please please! And since my grades will be out tomorrow, if I get good marks then we all know what that means.. SHOPPING!! Hurray. Just in time, FOREVER21 (Megamall) sale starts today to Sunday! While the Topshop/Topman/Warehouse/Dorothy Perkins sales will run for a month starting today until November! Can't wait to snag quality items at a cheaper cost! And I guess you guys are excited too, ey? See you guys there!xx |
